Our famous Bayou Billy menu includes New Orleans Steak™, Blackened Chicken, Anduilla Sausage and Jambalaya. We offer 9 flavors of Soda Pop served from our Wooden Kegs. We have been very successful with this menu and we have not changed it since we developed it in 1997.

We now have 6 Bayou Billy Mobile Restaurant units and we will be adding 2 more in 2008. Our Menu and display is a proven winner, which is the reason why we have decided to sell a few more this year. It is our goal to have a Bayou Billy Mobile Restaurant in every state some day.

What you get if you buy our Mobile Restaurant is a proven Menu and a unique display that has guaranteed maximum curb appeal. We have no problem getting our handsome Mobile Restaurants into each and every show to which we apply. This unit will hold its own against the best looking trailers out there.

You may also sell our packaged Rubs and Sauces on the front of the stand. We make our money by selling you these products.

We do not expect to ever require a franchise fee or any other fee after the purchase of the unit.
You get to use our trademark, but you will never own the name or our trademark signs.

What you get with your purchase is everything you need to open up the day after you receive your Bayou Billy Mobile Restaurant except food and paper ware. Everything else you need is included; freezers, coolers, hand wash sink, 3-compartment sink, pots, pans, grill, oven, soda tanks, CO2 bottles, gauges, serving pans, tent top, even tongs and utensils.
